饮用水中大肠菌群检测方法研究进展 被引量:4

摘要  检测大肠菌群的常规方法有耗时长、灵敏度低、特异性差和难于检测到低活性或活的非可培养菌等缺点,为此对基于酶学、免疫学、PCR、FISH、rRNA膜杂交等新检测方法进行了综述,这些方法虽具有灵敏度高、特异性强、检测快捷等优势,但相应的检测仪器有待开发。 Conventional detection of coliform group has some disadvantages such as long time to be taken,low sensitivity,poor specificity,and difficult to detect the slow growing or viable but not cultivable microbe,and so general description is given to the new detection method based on the enzymatic method,immunological method,PCR,FISH,and rRNA membrane hybridization,which have advantages of high sensitivity,good specificity,and rapid detection,but the relative detecting instruments need to be de-(veloped).
