摘要
织里民营企业从20世纪80年代初开始恢复发展,经20世纪90年代迅速崛起,到20世纪90年代以来的蓬勃发展,历经20多载,已经成为织里经济的一大支柱。织里民营企业迅猛发展的奥秘在于借助体制创新优势,依托市场取向,形成了一个地方专业化特色产业中心区,走出了一条富有织里特色的发展道路。面对21世纪头20年全面建设小康社会的战略任务,织里民营企业需要进一步提升自身改革和发展的对策,当地政府也要进一步改善民营企业发展的外部环境,以推动民营企业快速、健康地发展。
After experiencing the recovery period in the early 1980s, the fast - developing period in 1990s and the booming period later on, private - owned enterprises in Zhili have become an important component of the town's economy. The reason for this is that the private -owned enterprises have formed a market - oriented economic zone with its local characteristics with the help of innovation of organization structure, and have trodden out a development way with the features of Zhili. In face of the strategic task of building China into a middle -class society fully, it's necessary to promote better policies, promote its environment in order to make the private -owned enterprises develop faster and healthier.
