摘要
目的 :通过两种脑电图检查 ,对儿童颞叶癫痫作对比分析 ,提高诊断阳性率。方法 :常规脑电图检查正常 ,临床可疑癫痫儿童 ,又采用动态脑电图检查。结果 :139例患儿中 ,动态脑电图检查在颞区出现癫痫波 75例。结论 :动态脑电图 2 4h能够在正常活动下 ,不间断进行脑电监测 ,尤其是自然睡眠的思睡期、浅睡期时最易出现痫性放电。对诊断儿童癫痫病有明显的意义。
Objective Heightening the positive diagnosis r at e on temporal epilepsy of the Children by comparing and analysing the two type electroencepholagram examination.Methods The routine EEG result is normal,but clinically consider as epilepsy children can go through trends EEG ex amination.Results 75 cases' trends EEG results have epilepsy elect r o-wave in 139 cases.Conclusion Trends EEG can monitor the encepho l a electro-discharge in natural sleep term while abnornal electro-dis charge ap pear easily.It is meaningful examination for epilepsy children.
