摘要
目的 :了解近几年来变形杆菌医院感染的分布及耐药性情况 ,为病原学调查及临床治疗提供依据。方法 :采用常规生化方法进行鉴定 ,药敏试验采用K B纸片法。结果 :16 1株变形杆菌中以奇异变形杆菌为主 ,在尿液标本中所占比例最大 ,其对氨曲南的敏感率最高 ,对其他多种药物的耐药率呈上升趋势。结论 :及时了解医院变形杆菌感染的分布及耐药性情况 ,为临床合理治疗提供依据。
Objective To explore the changes in mobility of proteu s and its drug resistance for etiology and clinical treatment.Methods Checkup withup traditional after train.THE K-B antibacterial disk susceptibil i ty test was used as drug resistance test.Results Proteus mirabili s was in the first place in proteus,most of UIT,susceptivity of epiphyte were fo und to be highly subtle to ATM.The resistance to other had a higher and higher t endency.Conclusions The results are helpful in study of pathogeni c bacteria and drug resistance characteristics in proteus infection.
