摘要
通过对声波清灰器在梅山热电厂电除尘器中的应用,介绍了声波清灰器的工作原理,并将声波清灰技术与机械振打技术作了比较。通过应用声波清灰技术,使电除尘器极板、极线表面的清灰效果得到提高,灰斗出口积灰板结、架桥、易堵的问题得到有效解决。
The working mechanism of sonic dust cleaner is introduced,the sonic dust cleaning and mechanic vibration cleaning are compared.The clean effects on polar plates and polar lines are increased.The problems of dust accumulation,agglomeration,brige connection and blockage are solved.
