摘要
对高温烟气降温 ,使其出口温度与设计要求达到良好的一致 ,一直是实际工程中需要解决的重要问题。宝钢LT系统蒸发冷却器内的流动可以归结为具有蒸发、辐射效应的液滴—空气—蒸汽—灰分的四相流动 ,文章利用相似理论 ,导出了原型与模型相似的准则数及边界条件 ,根据关键准则数相等来确定模型的几何比例、速度比例等 。
It has been an important problem to be solved in the real project to lower high temperature of the flue gas to accord with its design value.The flow state in an evaporation cooler in Baosteel LT system is four-phase flow,which can be summed up as dripping-air-steam-ash with the effect of evaporation and radiation.Similarity criterion function and boundary conditions are derived based on the similarity theory.Geometry scale, velocity scale,etc.are determined according to the equivalence of the key similarity criterion functions,which are used to design experiment models.
