摘要
探讨了医疗事故处理中鉴定公正的意义,提出公正的鉴定结论是卫生行政部门正确处理医疗事故的基础和前提,也是维护双方当事人合法权益的依据。分析了《医疗事故处理条例》实施1年多以来医疗事故处理中鉴定公正的现状和存在的问题,并提出进一步完善的对策。
The author studies the meaning of just appraisal in handling medical accident and brings forward the fair conclusion is the premise and the foundation for the hygiene administrative department,which is also the basis of protecting both patients and hospitals’legal rights.Therefore,the article analyzes the present conditions and existing problems since the regulation should be obeyed 1 year ago and brings up the more perfect way to deal with it.
