摘要
1990年8～9月在岑巩县平坝村村民住宅区,将国产“大隆”配制的0.005％毒饵作了现场灭鼠试验,结果表明:在以黄胸鼠(占78.9%)为优势种群地区,家鼠对国产大隆毒饵的接受性很好,取食率高达63.1％。一次投饵试区灭鼠效果为80.32％;连续3次投饵试区灭鼠效果高达95.51％,两者之间有显著差异。对比试验证明,“大隆”是目前毒杀黄胸鼠的最佳药剂。
The effect of the poisonous bait mixing 0.005% brodifacoum (Talon), which is made in China was examined around the farmers households in pinba village, Cengong county from Auvip to September 1990. Results indicated as follow. The brodifacoum is efficiently accepted to the domestic rats in the area where yellow-breasted rat (Rattusflaviqectus) the dominant species amounted to 78.9%. The percent of efficiency is up to 63.1%. The effect rate of poisonous bait thrown one time is 80.32% and 05.51% as thrown three times.The difference is significant between them. Brodifacoum is best poison to yllow-breasted rats at present.
