拉伸速率对聚苯乙烯断面形貌特征分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了不同拉伸速率下的聚苯乙烯PS断面形貌特征及分布。结果表明:微坑形貌,平坦无特征区,剥离花样和岩石层状形貌是PS拉伸断面上的基本形貌。前二者对应PS银纹缓慢破裂;剥离花样是裂纹沿银纹/基体界面快速剥离扩展的结果;岩石层状形态是PS脆性分叉断裂的标志。拉仲速率及预生银纹导致断面形貌特征及分布发生变化。根据实验结果,探讨了PS拉伸断裂过程。 The fracture surface features of different tensile defomation rates are studied in the paper. The results shows that the micro-void, smooth characterless region, peeling patterns and rocky patterns are basic elements of fracture surface morphology. Micro-Voids and smooth characterless regions are corresponding to slow rupture of PS crazes. Peeling patterns is arised by crack propagation along with the boundary between craze and matrix. Rocky patterns is due to brittle branching fracture of PS. Fracture Surface morphology is varied by prior interior craze of specimen or with changing tensile deformation rates.Based on fractography, the tension fracture process and the formation mechanism of some typical fracture surface are disscussed.
