摘要
分析了连续式电子送经机构的原理,重点介绍了G1731型剑杆织机送经机构的设计过程.根据连续式送经原理的织造工艺要求,进行了后梁系统的初步设计,试织、调试分析后进行了再设计,达到了设计要求.
The article analyzes the principle of continuous electronic let-off. Mainly,it introduces the design for let-off mechanism of rapier loom model G1731.In it,the preliminary design for the back-beam system is proceeded according to the spinning process request for the principle of continuous let-off. Re-design is succeeded after test,adjustment and analysis.
