摘要
用共混法生产芳香纤维,简要介绍了芳香母粒的制备,芳香母粒的加入对纺丝及纤维性能的影响。 试验说明,随着芳香母粒含量的增加,出现纺丝困难,纤维的断裂强度下降。生产中一般控制芳香母粒质量 分数5％左右。芳香纤维可应用于芳香汽车装饰布、芳香羊绒衫、芳香远红外保健被等。
The preparation of fragrant fiber was introduced via blend spinning. The effect of the addition of fragrant masterbatch on the spinning situation and properties of the obtained fiber was discussed. The spinning process became complicated and the fiber strength decreased with the addition of fragrant masterbatch. The weight mass ratio of fragrant masterbatch should be controlled about 5%. Fragrant fibers can be used in the fields of fragrant decorative fabric for automobile, fragrant cashmere sweater and fragrant far-infrared health quilt.
