摘要
系统研究了二硫代安替比林甲烷在盐酸、硫氰酸盐和碘化物介质中用氯仿、正丁醇、苯、乙酸丁酯萃取钯的性能,找出萃取的最佳条件。重点研究在pH为3的硫氰酸盐介质中正丁醇萃取钯配合物的组成,当[SCN^1]:[Cl^-]<1:5时,Pd:Cl^-:SCN^-:DTPM=1:1:1:1;当[SCN^-]:[Cl^-]>1:5时,形成了Pd:SCN^-:DTPM=1:2:1的异配位体配合物,结合紅外光谱提出萃取过程的机理及被萃取物的结构。同时还研究了异配位体配合物在有机相的光学性质。
The extraction behavious of palladium with dithiodiantipyrinylmethane in chloride, iodide, thiocyanate media were systematically studied. The effects of acidity, reagent concentration, solvents and phase ratio on extraction efficiency were studied as well. Experimental results showed that DTPM was an effective extractant of Pd (Ⅱ) from thiocyanate or iodide medium with n-butanol or chloroform as solvent. By means of continuous variation method and slope ratio method the composition of extracted complex was determined as Pd (SCN) _2 DTPM when ratio of [SCN^-] to [Cl^-] was more than 1:5. The extraction mechanism of palladium by DTPM in thiocyanate medium based on infrared spectrum is proved to be a mixed coordination mechanism. From IR spectrum of DTPM itself and Pd (Ⅱ) -SCN-DTPM complex, it is confirmed that DTPM is coordinated to palladium through sulphur atom and the formation of mixed ligand complex is quite beneficial to extraction of Pd (Ⅱ).
