摘要
目的 评价玻璃体手术是否能成功的使外伤黄斑孔关闭及提高视力。方法 对 1999年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 8月我院治疗 3 6眼外伤黄斑孔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者进行玻璃体切除、气液交换、自体浓缩血小板封孔及气体填充 ,2 8眼联合视网膜内界膜剥除 ,术后俯卧位。 2眼待气体吸收后因视网膜增殖及下方新裂孔的形成而出现视网膜的脱离即行硅油填充 ,术后 3个月行硅油取出。 6眼术中发现视网膜裂孔的联合视网膜光凝或冷凝封闭裂孔。手术距伤后时间为 10天～ 2年。结果 术后黄斑孔全部闭合 (10 0 % ) ,视力提高 2行以上者 15眼 (4 1 67% )。结论 玻璃体手术治疗外伤黄斑孔具有较高的孔闭合率 。
Objective To evaluate whether vitreous surgery is successful in closing traumatic macular holes and whether there is subsequent improvement in visual acuity.Methods We performed a retrospective chart review of 36 patients.underwent surgery between July 1999 to August 2002.36 eyes from 36 consecutive patients with traumatic macular holes underwent vitrectomy,fluid-gas exchange,instillation of autologous platelet concentrate,sulfur hexafluoride gas or silicone oil tamponade,and postoperative face-down positioning.28 eyes combined with internal limiting membrane(ILM)removal.6 eyes with retinal tear preoperative used photocoagulation or cryopexy intraoperation.The time between the injury and surgery ranged from 10 days to 24 months.Results The hole closed in 100%of eyes.Postoperative Snellen visual acuity improved 2 or more lines in the 15 eyes (41 67%).Conclusions Vitrectomy surgery can successfully close macular holes associated with trauma and improve vision.
