摘要
本文用同步记录ECG、PCG、CPT、ACG及TIC的方法,测定38例中老年糖尿病患者的左心功能及血管功能,并与34例无心血管病的中老年人作对照。结果显示,糖尿病患者心率明显加快。STI异常占39.5％,主要为PEPI延长,PEP/LVET增大,HI缩小,SV明显减少。DTI异常占68.4％,表现为TARTI缩短,DTI缩小,a/H、a/D显著增大。血管功能中对肺循环无明显影响,而体循环的SVR明显增高,AC显著下降。提示糖尿病患者左心收缩、舒张功能及血管功能均明显减退。
In this paper, left ventricle function and vascular function in 38 middle-aged patients of diabetes mellitus were determined synchronously by recording ECG, PCG, CPT, ACG and TIC, and comparing with those in 34 middle-aged and aged people without cardiovascular diseases. The results showed that the changes of cardiovascular function in patients with diabetes mellitus were manifested as: (1) tachycardia; (2) abnormal STI (39.5%), lengthening of PEPI, inciease of PEP/LVET, reduction of HI and stroke volume; (3) abnormal DTI (68.4%),shortening of TARTI, decrease of DTI increase of a/H and a/D; (4) no significant change was observed in pulmonary circulation, but SVR increased and AC decreased in systemic circulation. The results suggested that left ventricle function and vascular function are reduced in patients with diabetes mellitus.
