摘要
分析了大坝安全监测的目的、要求、前期工作、内涵,指出了大坝安全监测中存在的问题。文章认为对大坝安全监测工作,运行管理单位必须特别重视,同时设计、科研单位也应随着新情况的不断出现对大坝安全监测进行研究,有针对性地开发新型监测技术,完善风险分析和紧急预案,以确保大坝的安全。
Analyzing the purpose,requirement,prepared work and connotation of dam safety monitoring,raising existing problems in dam safety monitoring work,the writer considered that the unit who charges management and operation of a dam must pay special attention to dam safety monitoring work,at same time,the design and research departments should research the technology of dam safety monitoring following newly occurred problems and develop new monitoring technology as well as improve risk analysis and urgent treatment scheme,to ensure dam safety.
