摘要
对检察机关宪法地位合理性的探讨是近期法学理论研究的热点问题,关系到检察机关的长远发展.通过研究我国检察制度的沿革和现代检察制度的起源,并对当前一些主要观点进行分析,认为当代中国检察机关的宪法地位是有着其合理性和必要性的,唯有在坚持的基础上不断加以完善,才能真正实现司法公正之目的.
It's hotspot question that discussing the rationality of procuratorial organ's constitutional status in study of law theory, it is related to the long-term development of procuratorial organ. We. should study the evolution of our country's procuratorial system and the origin of contemporary procuratorial system, and analyse some of primary viewpoints, we consider it has rationality and necessity of Chinese procuratorial organ's constitutional status, only base on sticking to it and perfect it continicial justness.
