摘要
文化和制度是企业文化研究中的重要命题,它们在企业管理体系中地位不同,但又共处于一个统一体中,相互联系、相互渗透、相互推动。作者认为:制度与文化永远是并存的,文化优劣或主流文化的认同度决定着制度的成本,中国企业管理需要制度与文化的“双向突破”。
Culture and system are important propositions in the enterprise culture research. They coexist in one entia relating, penetrating and promoting with each other. According to the author, system and culture are coexist and the cost of system is decided by the goodness or badness of the culture or by the identification of mainstream culture. Chinese enterprise management needs a two-sides breakthrough in both system and culture.
