摘要
[目的 ]探讨上颌前部埋伏多生牙的定位。[方法 ]收集了大连医科大学附属第一医院口腔科自 1 999年～ 2 0 0 3年收治的 1 2 7例上颌前部多生牙患者 ,并对其进行定位分析。[结果 ]采用多种X线片位综合判断 ,1 4 6颗埋伏牙准确定位 ,准确率达 95 .4 %以上。[结论 ]多种X线片位综合判断上颌埋伏多生牙方向 。
Objective] To probe into the localization of the anterior impacted supernumerary teeth. [Methods] One hundred and twenty-seven patients suffering the anterior impacted supernumerary teeth were observed from 1999 to 2003, which were located and analyzed. [Results] Many different kinds of X-ray films were adopted for judging the accurate localization of 146 impacted supernumerary teeth. The effectiveness rate was over 95.4%. [Conclusion] Localization of the anterior impacted supernumerary teeth direction should be estimated from many different kinds of X-ray films, which was helpful to surgical effectiveness.
