摘要
[目的 ]应用家兔中毒模型探讨高毒类水溶性久效磷农药在动物体内分布和再分布 ,探讨有机磷中毒家兔体内的贮存库及有机磷中毒反跳现象发生的机理。 [方法 ]酶抑制法—全自动生化分析仪 5 ,5’ -二硫代双酶动力法动态测定各标本中久效磷游离毒质含量。 [结果 ]久效磷农药中毒 6h游离毒质含量 :肾 (5 8.5 3± 2 4 .6 9)IU/L、脑组织 (77.31± 4 4.2 7)IU/L、肝组织 (35 .4 3±2 9.70 )IU/L、脂肪组织 (84 .6 1± 5 1 .4 8)IU/L ,各组织间比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。久效磷农药中毒 2 4h游离毒质含量 :肾 (9.0 0± 1 .4 4)IU/L、脑组织 (4 .2 0± 0 .5 6 )IU/L、脂肪组织 (1 2 .35± 8.80 )IU/L ,各组织间比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。久效磷中毒 96h游离毒质含量 :胆汁(36 2 .81± 1 36 .6 2 )IU/L ,其他各组织均检测不出游离毒质。 [结论 ]久效磷游离毒质在各组织中的动态分布和重分布特点各有不同。实验证明胆汁是机体内最重要的贮存库 ,久效磷游离毒质于胆汁中存留时间超过 96h ;
Objective] To discuss the mechanism of storage and jump back of monocrotophos in poisoning domestic rabbits. [Methods] To test free monocrotophos pesticides by 5,5'-dithionbis in each rabbit by full automatic biochemical analyzer in dynamic state. [Results] After being poisoned for 6 hours, the degrees of monocrotophos in rabbits are: kidney (58.53±24.69) IU/L, brain (77.31±44.27) IU/L, liver (35.43±29.70) IU/L, fatty (84.61±51.48) IU/L; There was a significant discrepancy among tissues ( P <0.01). After being poisoned for 24 hours, the degrees of organic phosphorus in rabbits are: kidney (9.00±1.44) IU/L, brain (4.20±0.56) IU/L, fatty (12.35±8.80) IU/L; There was a significant discrepancy among tissues ( P < 0.01). After being poisoned for 96 h, the degrees of monocrotophos in rabbits are: bile (362.81±136.62) IU/L,while no free monocrotophos pesticides were found in other tissues. [Conclusions] The characteristics of the dynamic arrangement and arrangement of free monocrotophos pesticides in various tissues vary. It is proved the juice was the most important free monocrotophos pesticides storage in animal body. Free monocrotophos pesticides was tested even longer than 96 hours. There was a relationship between the jump back of organic phosphorus poisoning and remains of free monocrotophos pesticides in juice.
