摘要 本文介绍了轴承的水基清洗的工艺技术及其开发使用的自动清洗线的应用实例。以水基清洗轴承替代了传统的汽油清洗和强酸清洗的工艺,其清洁度达到了产品质量要求标准,其废水排放达到了环保要求标准,这一实例不仅适宜中小型轴承厂。更适合大型轴承厂采用,它为轴承清洗领域提供了一种新思路,很有参考价值,值得推广。 The multi-position ultrasonic automatic cleaning line introduced in this paper is designed andmanufactured specially to meet the practical needs for the technical advancement. It aims to improve thecleaning quality of the products and to replace manual operation with automatic operation. The processline is complete and applicable and the equipment configuration is rational. The powerful output andhigh conversion efficiency are available for the ultrasonic system. Environmental friendly cleaning pro-cess is used in stead of the conventional strong pickling process. The line is also provided with effluenttreating system which result in zero discharge. The customers feel very satisfied with the new line. It isvaluable for promotion for wider application.
