摘要
交通信息港的规划和建设是交通实现信息化、网络化、智能化的具体体现,是交通管理体制和服务方式实现集约化的主要途径。本文在对主枢纽城市公路交通信息化需求和交通信息港功能分析的基础上,以交通信息港服务的3个层次为出发点,提出信息港建设的技术支撑手段,并对主枢纽城市交通信息港的建设和发展提出建议。
Planning and construction of transport information harbor are the concrete materialization of traffic information technology,network integration and intelligent transport system.They are also the main ways to realize intensive management of transport service and the administration system.Based on the demand and functional analysis of traffic information harbor,this paper takes three levels of traffic information harbor service as its starting point.Technology supporting methods are pointed out.And suggestions on the construction and development of traffic information harbor in main transport hub are proposed.
