摘要
绿色GDP由于能揭示经济增长过程中的资源环境成本,因此克服了GDP固有的缺陷,成为新发展观指引下引导经济增长模式转变的一个非常重要的指标,它对公正评价社会经济增长过程,促进我国可持续发展战略目标的实现具有深远意义。
Whereas the green GDP can account for the cost price of environment in the course of economic development, it serves as a significant index of economic growth in the new economic context. Therefore, a growth model plays its exceptional role in fair evaluation of the economic growth and improvement of our sustainable development.
