摘要
政治参与是现代政治生活的重要现象。农村基层民主是建设社会主义政治文明的基础性工作,农民的有序政治参与是农村民主政治的重要内容和标志,其中存在的问题说明,必须从多个方面入手来推进和扩大村民有序政治参与的途径、形式和内容,以实现政治参与的制度化、规范化和程序化。
As the involvement is a positive sign of modern political life-style, democratic construction in the countryside is a fundamental part of the construction of the socialist civilization, where the orderly involvement in politics of villagers is an important symbol. Moreover, the orderly political involvement of villagers has a profoundly theoretical basis and realistic significance, which, in turn, requires a further clarification of it in the ways, forms, and contents, so as to build up a systematic and normalized mode of political life-style.
