猪牛羊可食性组织中阿苯达唑残留检测方法研究 被引量:10

摘要 建立了动物可食性组织中阿苯达唑及其主要代谢物亚砜和砜残留检测的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。组织中3种残留物分别用乙醚、乙腈和正己烷提取和净化,氮气吹干,甲醇溶解,HPLC测定,内标法定量。该方法可检出猪、牛、羊肌肉、肝脏、肾脏组织中阿苯达唑、砜和亚砜的最低限量均为16.6 μg·kg-1,在16.6μg·kg-1浓度时,动物组织中阿苯达唑、砜和亚砜的平均回收率分别为7 5%~99%、8 0%~9 0%和61%~91%,日间变异系数均小于20%。用所建方法,对市场上动物可食性组织进行抽样检测,共抽检5 4份样品,2份样品检出有阿苯达唑残留。结果表明,该方法的最低检测限、准确度和精密度均符合残留检测方法要求。样品处理简单,可检测多种动物、多种组织中阿苯达唑、砜和亚砜的残留,是监控动物可食性组织中阿苯达唑、砜和亚砜残留的有效方法。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determination of albendazole, albendazol sulfone and albendazol sulfoxide in edible tissues of swine,bovine and goat. Samples were extracted with absolute ether and acetonitrile, purified with n-hexane, evaperated with nitrogen followed by dissolution with methanol and detection with UV. The limit of detection for three compounds in all detected tissues was 16.6 μg·kg-1. The recoveries of albendazole, albendazol sulfone and albendazol sulfoxide ranged from 75% to 99%, 80% to 90%, and 61% to 91% at the level of 16.6μg·kg-1 with the intra-day relative standard deviation less than 20%, respectively. Fifty four samples from the market were detected with this method, only two samples were found to occur albendazole residue. These results showed that this method was accurate and feasible enough with simple sample pre-treatment to determine the residue of albendazole, albendazol sulphone, albendazol sulfoxide in various edible tissues.
