探讨了基于嵌入式GIS的城市地籍管理信息系统 (eURLIS)总体结构模型。在PDA上设计实现了系统的地籍测量、地籍查询、地籍量算、地籍统计、界址指标分析和宗地草图绘制等功能模块。介绍了系统开发平台与技术路线。详细给出了地籍管理决策支持解决方案、各类GPS辅助测量算法和嵌入式MapXActiveX与S30
This paper discuss the total structure of a management information system of the cadastre based on embedded GIS. The function modules that were cadastres for the surveying, the query, the measuring, the statistics, the index analyzing of the confines and rough land subdivision drawing, etc, are designed and implemented on the PDA system. the flat stage of a system development and the techno way are introduced at one time. The author gave detailedly in a resolving scheme for the decision supporting of the cadastre management with eMbedded GIS, the GPS assistant surveying arithmetic on each, and the key technology of the integration at embedded MapX Active X into S309PictureBOX ActiveX atc.
