摘要
颅脑手术后并发张力性气颅少见。国内仅有个案报告。张力性气颅是一种严重的术后并发症,如缺乏认识和警惕性,常延误诊断,甚至致死。CT的应用提供早期确诊的手段。
Five cases of tensive pneumocranium
following craniocerebral operation are reported.
The operations include trephination-irrigation
and draining of chronic subdural hemotoma
(3 cases), temporalparietal carvernous angio-
ma-ecaomy (1 case) and third ventricle olig-
odendroglioma-ectomy (1 case). The major
clincal manitestations are the increase of
intracranial pressure, consciousness disturbance
and hemiplegia following the operation. Ten-
sive pneumocranium occurs because of not
only the occupation effect of the gas self,
but also the strong reaction of the body to
the change from two phases (solid-liquid
phases) to three phases (solid-liquid-gaseous
phases) in the cranium. The intensities of
reactions of the patieuts to the change are
different, leading to the different clinical
manifestations. Threrfore, the diagnosi of
this complications depends on both the vol-
ume of intracranial gas and clinical manifes-
tations, and the latter is even more impor-
tant.
