摘要
根据天然彩色棉的特点 ,结合常规印染工艺 ,利用现有的印染设备对天然彩色棉产品进行低甲醛抗皱免烫整理。采用EFR树脂整理后 ,织物上甲醛含量为 72mg/kg ,折皱回复角 (经 +纬 )平均为 2 65°。
Based on characteristic of natural colored cotton and conventional dyeing and finishing process, and existed equipments, low formaldehyde anti crease finish for natural colored cotton fabric was carried out. After fabric finishing with EFR resin, the formaldehyde content is 72 mg/kg, and the average of crease recovery angle (warp + weft) is 265°.
