摘要
本文试验分析了转杯纺纱中半制品的内在结构和条干均匀度对成纱条干、单强和单强不匀率的影响程度问题,并据之提出了并条牵伸工艺配置特点是:头并后区应配置比环锭纺更大的牵伸倍数,二并后区配置较小的牵伸倍数,以大幅度地改善半制品的内在结构,提高转杯纱的质量。最后通过不同的并条牵伸工艺对比试验给予验证。
A testing analysis is conducted here on the inner struc ture of the semi-fin-ished products or sliver for rotor spinning as well as the effectiveness of the sliver evenness on the yarn evenness and single yarn strength and unevenness of the single yarn strength; and based on this, the paper shows the disposition fea-tures of the drawing drafting technology that a higher draft should be adopted forthe back drafting zone of the first drawing than that of ring spinning and the back zone of the intermediate drawing should have a lower one, thus to improve the inner structure of the semi-finished products and the rotor spinning quality, which is testified later by the results with various drawing drafting technologies.
