High-speed Cutting Temperatures Estimate by the Thermal Oxidation Method

摘要 根据实验观察,采用热氧化法对高速切削的淬硬钢切屑成色进行分析,以此判断在切削过程中切屑经历过的切削温度.结论是随切削用量的增大,切削温度有可能进一步上升. This article is based on experimental observation. It analyses analyzed the colors of hardened steel under the conditions of the high-speed cutting by the thermal oxidation method, and the cutting temperatures are estimated. The results show that with increased cutting data, the cutting temperatures rise.
