本文探讨了DREF-Ⅱ型摩擦纺纱机采用多种下脚纤维纺纱时,纺纱滚筒速度、摩擦比值、引纱速度、吸气负压、纱条直径和纤维材料六个影响成纱捻度的因素对成纱性能的影响,可作为织造最终产品时的参考。
Concerning varieties of waste fibre used for DREF-II friction spinning frame,
the author focuses on the spinning roller speed, friction ratio, yarn delivery
speed, suction pressure, yarn diameter and fibre material in which the factors
conductive to the yarn twist exert an influence on yarn performance. All these
can be used as reference for weaving.
