摘要
企业文化是企业的软资源 ,企业文化建设要投入大量人力、物力和时间 ,作为获取经济绩效为目标的企业来说 ,这种投入是否具有经济性十分关键。本文从经济学的角度 ,揭示了企业文化的经济价值 ,以期提高我国企业加强企业文化建设的积极性。
Enterprise culture is the soft resources of enterprises. The building of enterprise culture needs a lot of human resources, materials and time. The purpose of enterprises is to make profit, so whether the in-put can realizing it is very important for enterprises. The paper, from the angle of economics, analyzes the economic value of enterprise culture so that enterprises can attach more importance to the building of enterprise culture.
