摘要
此文是中国部分省市企业经营管理合理化研究项目的研究报告。此项目由中国企业管理协会和联合国区域开发中心共同主办,由中国企协及中国的河南省、山东省、陕西省、上海市企业管理协会参与实施,最后由中国企协及三省一市企协负责人同日本名古屋大学经济学部、联合国区域开发中心的专家们共同研究、完成的一个较大型的国际合作项目。此文在调查研究的基础上,对中国企业经营管理的现状进行了静态和动态的实证性研究,进而对中国企业经营管理的主要问题进行了分析。最后,对中国企业改革与经营管理现代化提出了建议。此文分上、下两部分在本刊连载。
This is a research report. The research was jointly sponsored by China Enterpries Association and UNDP. The research work was done by China Enterprise Association and the enterprise associations of Henan, Shangdong, Shanxi and Shanghai. And the research report was finally finished by China Enterprise Association, leaders of Henan, Shangdong, Shanxi and Shanghai associations, economists from Japan and experts of UNDP. The reprot poses suggestions concerning China' s enterprise reform and management modernization. The report will be published in our magazine in two issues.
