摘要
对当前我国经济形势如何判断是人们普遍关注的焦点问题。作者认为,如何做出判断,必须从我国经济增长方式已发生重大转变这个背景出发,才能得出正确结论。本文以实证方法分析当前经济形势,得出我国已经从1991年9月开始,经济增长发生了重大转折,进入到经济增长新阶段的结论,并以此结论为前提,具体分析了我国经济发展中的工业速度、投资、通货膨胀等重大问题和探讨了经济增长方式转换对经济体制转换的重大影响。最后,作者指出,目前的主要矛盾是要素市场,尤其是资金市场的秩序过度混乱,并对此提出宏观经济的基本对策。
It' s a question widely cared by people how to look at our current economic situation. The author of this paper holds that to get a correct judgement of China' s economic situation we should study the great changes of China' s economic growth form. Through sample studies, the paper concludes that great changes have happened to China' s economic development since Sept. 1991 and China' s economy has entered a new phase since then. On this premise, the paper respectively studies a series of big questions such as the increase speed of industry, investment, inflation and so on, and discusses the significant affects of the transformation of economic growth form on the reform of economic structure. Finally, the author points out that the present main contradiction in the economy is that important or vital markets to the economy, especially the financial market, are in chaos. And he also puts forward suggestions for macro-economic control.
