摘要
第三产业的发展状况,是现代化经济的重要特征。90年代是我国社会主义现代化建设进程中的关键时期,国民经济和社会发展将提高到一个新的水平。加快发展第三产业,对于建立社会主义市场经济体制、优化经济结构、促使经济再上新台阶,具有重大的战略意义。世界大多数国家经济发展历程表明,当经济发展到一定水平时,第三产业的发展速度会大大加快,甚至超过第二产业。我国社会经济经过40多年的建设,特别是改革开放以来的迅猛发展,已经具有了相当的规模和水平,正在向现代化建设的第二步战略目标奋进。但从总体上看,我国第三产业仍然十分落后,影响了国民经济的协调发展和社会再生产的顺畅运行。如何在90年代加快第三产业的发展,已成为社会各界关注的焦点之一。为此,本刊特邀请一批国内专家、学者,就加快发展我国第三产业发展问题各抒已见,以期促进我国第三产业的进一步发展。
The Development level of the Third Industry is an important charac-teristic of modern economy. In the 1990s. China's socialist modernization construction will center into a key period and the national economy and social development will reach a new height. Therefore, accelerating the development of the Third Industry is strategically important to build socialist market economy, improve industrial structure and promote economisc development.The economic development history of most of the countries shows that when economic development has reached certain level, the development speed of the Third Industry will be fast, even faster than that of the Second Industry. With fourty year's construction, especially after the reform and opening-up, China's social economy has developed to a considerable scale and is marching toward the second strategical goals. 'But China's Third Industry is still in a backward state and has hindered the deve-lopment of national economy and social reproduction. How to accelerate the development of the Third Industry in the 1990s has become the centre of attention, this magazine, therefore, invits some Chinese scholars to have discussions about this issue in order to promote the development of China's Third Industry.
