摘要
目的 建立烟酸占替诺注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。 方法 按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版细菌内毒素检查法和细菌内毒素检查法应用指导原则要求进行试验。 结果 样品经稀释后无干扰作用 ,且与兔法热原检查结果一致。 结论 细菌内毒素检查法可用于烟酸占替诺注射液热原检查。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for xanthinol Nicotinate Injection.METHODS The test was conducted according to bacterial endotoxin test method and application guide request of bacterial endotoxin test method induded in the China Pharnacopeia 2000.RESULTS There was no interference with the bacterial endotoxin test after the sample was diluted.It showed no diference between bacterial endotoxin test and pyrogen test.CONCLUSION It is proved that bacterial endotoxin test canbe used in pyrogen test for xanthinol Nicotinate Injection.
