应力对骨膜瓣移植成骨能力影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 作者在19只狗后肢截取带血管蒂的骨膜瓣转位置于大腿内侧皮下组织中,术后不同时间取材作光镜和四环素荧光标记观察。结果表明带血管骨膜瓣在无应力的情况下也有成骨能力,但骨质成熟后如果缺乏应力或其它成骨诱导因素的刺激,骨质则会逐渐吸收。机械应力对带血管的骨瓣早期成骨不是必要条件,但新骨成熟后对控制和调节骨瓣的成骨能力有重要影响。 The vascularized periosteal flaps were taken from the hind limbs of 19 dogs and grafted to medial hypodermis of their thighs.The bones taken from the operated dogs in varied times were observed by light microscope and te-tracycline fluorimetry. The results showed that vascularized periosteal flap graft possessed osteogenic capcity in condition of no mechanical stress,but if stress or other osteogenic factor were absence after new bone matured.the regenerated bone might be absorbed gradually.Although stress was not necessary for new bond formation of periosteal flap graft at earlystage.it was important for controling and regulating osteogenic capacity of periosteal flap graft after new bone matured.
