摘要
本文介绍数值优化和动物实验的方法,利用有限元分析和予处理方法反复优化假体设计,包括假体几何特征、杆件弹性模数、骨水泥长度、置换方式等,使其达到最小的界面应力。同时本文还讨论了无骨水泥固定时,多孔材料由于骨长入关节牢固固定时,骨—假体系统的界面应力问题。
The present paper introduces a method for numerical shape optimization and animal experiments,whereby the finite,element method and animal experiments.whereby the finite element method and pre-experiments are used iteratively to determine optimal prosthetic designs. It including prosthesis geometrical characteristics,stem elastic modulus ,cement length,replacement form are consistent .Besides .this paper also discusses the interface stresses of the bone-prosthesis system during fixation without cement and strong fixation due to ingrowth of bone tissue into porous material-made joint.
