摘要
本文报告应用单侧非金属外固定器治疗长骨干双段骨折8例。应用小切口、直视下复位;外固定器两端锥形螺纹钉分别钉住两端骨折斜面,同时起了少量内固定的作用。骨折平均愈合时间3.9个月,随访6个月～1年,疗效满意。生物力学测试结果证实该固定器治疗长骨双段骨折能达到满意的固定效果。
This paper reported that unilateral external fixation were used in 8 cases with segmental fractures of bone shaft. The skies of the two end of fracture were fixed with self-tapping screws of external fixation by cutting small skin incision and getting reduction. Average time of fracture union was 3. 9 months and the length of follow-up ranged from six months to one year. The curative effect was satisfactory.
