摘要
本文报告腰椎扩大的半侧椎板切除减压术治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症48例。术后随访45例,平均随访27个月,优良率91.1％,无差级病例。文中讨论了该手术的设计原理及其优缺点。该手术基本能做到腰椎管减压彻底,后部结构损伤小,符合脊柱生物力学的要求。
This paper reported that 48 cases of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were treated by expanded hemil-aminectomy. 45 patients were followed up for an average of 27 monthes. The result showed that excellent in 31 cases(68. 9%),good in 10 cases(22. 2%),fair in 4 cases(8. 9%),no poor case.The principle of design,the advantage and defect of the technique were discussed. Lumbar spinalcanal was decompressed thoroughly and posterior structure was less damaged in the operation. The operation could maintain biomechanics of the lumbar spine.
