摘要
介绍了CA6DL柴油机四气门缸盖进气道的开发过程 ,对气缸盖中常采用的螺旋气道、切向气道的特点进行了分析 ,并对在四气门缸盖中这两种气道的组合形式及气门的布置对缸盖结构的影响进行了研究 ;文中也概括了CA6DL柴油机气道的开发流程 ,在进气道的开发过程中 ,运用了Pro/E三维造型技术 ,从而缩短了气缸盖的开发周期。
This paper mainly introduced the 4 valve intake port development progress of CA6DL diesel engine. The main characteristics of helical port and tangent port are analysed, and the influences of these two kinds of intake ports and valve arrangements on the cylinder head structure are investigated. In this paper the developing process of the CA6DL engine port is summarized by using the Pro/E 3D model technology, the developing period is shortened . Finally the designed 4 valve intake port has fully met the engine performance requirements.
