摘要
报道了在LB膜里合成直径可控的半导体纳米微粒的实验结果。用Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)方法制备了硬脂酸镉多层LB膜。通过将其与硫化氢气体反应,在LB膜中生成了直径为2nm的硫化镉纳米微粒。用紫外-可见吸收光谱和椭偏术研究了纳米微粒的生成过程。将含有纳米微粒的LB膜在水中浸放,发现微粒的直径可以增大。控制浸放时间可以获得直径在2~6nm范围内的纳米微粒。
Nanometer semiconductor par- ticles of cadmium sulfide with diameter of 2.0nm were prepared by exposuring cad- mium stearate Langmuir-Blodgett films to dry hydrogen sulfide gas.UV-Visible absorption spectra and (?)llipsometric mea- surement were made to study the genera- tion process.By annealing the films in water,the size of nanometer particles increased to a maximum of 6nm after 5 hours.
