摘要
为达到培养、提高工商管理者综合素质的目标,从改进教学方法的角度提出了关于构建管理学情景模拟体系的主张,并在近几年的管理类课程教学中,进行了大量实验探索和研究,进一步探明了该体系的内涵、特征、作用和意义,确立了其构建的原则、方针和方法,形成了较成熟的关于该体系建设的构想。其成果对管理类课程的教学改革和管理人才的培养,将有所帮助。
At present,the emphasis of business administration education is on the training of managers' comprehensive competency. To achieve this goal,this paper puts forward the framework construction of the experimental system of situational simulation of management from the perspective of improving teaching methodology. A great deal of experiments and research has been done in the management courses in recent years. Based on this effort,this paper further discusses the connotation,characteristics,role and significance of this system as well as the construction principles,guidelines,and methods. The results will be conducive to the teaching reform of management courses and training of management talents.
