摘要
根据工程硕士在培养目标、招生对象、培养模式、评价标准、服务对象等方面与工学硕士存在的差别,分析了工程硕士培养中主要面临生源的分散与教学组织统一的矛盾、学生学习与工作的矛盾、学校批量培养能力与学生个性培养要求的矛盾、现有学位论文评价标准与工程硕士培养目标的矛盾等问题,探讨了生源质量、课程设置、教学组织、课题遴选、论文评价、管理工作等对工程硕士培养质量的影响,提出了积极组织优秀生源,建立多样化的培养基地,设置体现工程特色的课程体系,制定可行的学位论文选题与评价标准,规范制度与加强过程管理等解决问题的办法及思路。
Master of engineering is a professional degree. The education aim, student source, the cultivation mode, and the evaluation standard are different from those for the graduates. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of engineering master, this paper presents some problems in the education of engineering master and the solutions to these problems.
