轻质油(45℃馏分)蒸气的生殖毒性研究——Ⅱ.对大鼠睾丸LDH—X及溶酶体酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究观察了轻质油(45℃馏分)蒸气急性(30000mg/m^3和15000mg/m^3×8小时)和亚急性(3000mg/m^3×6小时/天×30天)动式染毒条件下,成年大鼠睾丸生化指标的改变。结果表明:(1)各实验组大鼠睾丸匀浆中LDH总量,LDH-X含量,与空白对照组比较无显著性变化(P>0.05)。(2)各实验组睾丸匀浆中游离型溶酶体酶β-D-半乳糖苷酶(β-D-G)、结合型β-D-G以及β-D-G游离酶/结合酶比值与空白对照组比较,差别不显著(P>0.05)。结合精子形态学检查结果,我们认为,在本实验浓度范围内,实验性急性、亚急性吸入轻质油(45℃馏分)蒸气对动物的生殖系统影响不明显。 This study was designed to approach the effect of light oil vapour on LDH-X and lysosomal enzymes of rat testis. Two concentrations were used for acute groups.One was 15000mg/m3, and the other was 30000mg/m3. Both of them were given for 8 hours. A concentration of 3000mg/m3 was given as subacute group for 6 hours per day and lasted for 30 days. The rats administered CdCU (1.5mg/kg i. p. ) served as positive controls. The results are as follows: (1) There were no significant differences between experimental groups and negative control in the activities of LDH and its isozyme.(2)In testis free and bound β-D-Galactosidase (β-D-G) and the ratio of β-D-G free/bound activities, the differences between all the experimental group and negative control were not statistically significant (P>0.05). According to the results of this study and the sperm morphological tests ,we considered that there were no sign ificant affect on male reproductive system after breathing light oil vapour.
