摘要
目的 :观察针刺治疗精神疾病听幻觉的疗效。方法 :对符合 CCMD- 2 - R诊断标准和中医辨证分型的存在幻听的 10 0例精神疾病病人进行针刺治疗。结果 :幻听消失 73例 ,减轻 18例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率 91%。结论 :针刺疗法对各类精神疾病的听幻觉均有一定疗效 ,病程越短 ,疗效越佳。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on auditory hallucination due to mental illness.Method:100 patients with auditory hallucination were selected according to the CCMD-2-R diagnostic criteria and were differentiated and typed with TCM.All the patients were treated with acupuncture.Result:73 patients were cured,18 patients turned better,9 patients ineffective.The total effective rate was 91%.Conclusion:Acupuncture has certain effect on auditory hallucination due to various kind of mental illness.And the shorter the therapeutic course,the better the effect.
