摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜下等离子刀治疗变应性鼻炎的效果.方法对54例变应性鼻炎患者采用内窥镜下等离子刀低温消融术治疗,术后随访分析.结果全部病例于术后1～5个月随访,显效32例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率达94.4%,未发生任何并发症.结论采用鼻内窥镜下等离子刀治疗变应性鼻炎具有视野清晰、操作准确的优点,是一种安全、微创、有效的治疗方法.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical results of that Coblator treat allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscope. Methods: All 54 cases with allergic rhinitis were operated by coblator plasma surgery under nasal endoscope. Results: After 1~5 months follow up, 32 patients had marked effect, 19 patients had effect and 3 patients had no effect. Total effective raito was 94.4%. There was no complication. Conclusions: Under nasal endoscope the operation have many advantages such as fine view and exact performance. It is a safe effective and minimally invasive surgery.
