摘要
本文介绍一种新型的超早强混凝土材料——YB型混凝土工程抢修料。其1d强度常温(20±3℃)时达25MPa;低、负温(5～-5℃)时达15MPa,且后期强度继续增长,和易性好、不分层离析,其它物理力学性能均优于同强度等级的普通混凝土,特别适用于设备基础、工业厂房地坪和需要抢工期的各种混凝土工程。经工程实践证明,该料具有显著的社会经济效益。
This paper introduces a new type of super-hardening accelerative concrete viz. YB type of material
used for urgent repair on concrete project. The one day strength of concrete at a normal temperature (20
±3℃) is up to 25MPa, and at low or negative temperature (5^-5℃), up to 15MPa. The strength continues
to increase in later stage. It has a good workability and no any segregation; and its other physical and me-
chanical performances are better than those of the normal concrete at the same grade. It particularly applies
to the base of equipment, the ground of industrial factory building and the concrete project needing to con-
struct urgently It has been verifed through project that the material has significant social and economic bene-
fits.
