摘要
本文针对矿井的实际工况,对采煤机轴向柱塞泵的配油副从其受力、润滑、磨损机理以及失效原因等方面进行摩擦学分析。研究结果表明,配油副是在边界润滑条件下工作,以磨料磨损为主要磨损机理。文中还根据配油盘表面的磨损形貌,找出了合理选择配油副材料的依据。
Based on the actual working conditions of coal mine, this paper has studied stresses, lubrication, wear mechanism, and failure of oil-distributing pair of axial piston pump with tribological analysis. The results indicate that oil-distributing pair runs in boundary lubrication condition, and it is mainly abrasion wear. In the light of surface morphology of oil-distributing pair a criterion for selection of optimum material of oil-distributing pair is found.
