摘要
介绍了一种采用钽酸锂热释电探测器作光电转换器件实现的红外CO2/CO气体浓度分析仪。描述了该仪器的基本原理与结构。该仪器基于朗伯-比尔定律,采用双光束结构、温度补偿、单片机数据处理及选用高性能的钽酸锂热释电探测器等关键技术,能够对CO2的浓度进行准确、有效的测量和分析。
A new kind of the practical IR carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide gage using LiTaO_3 pyroelectric detector was presented.The principle and the structure of the gage were described.Based on Lambert-Beer law,the gage can detect carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide with high precision and efficiency.This gage involves some techniques such as optical dual-beam structure,temperature compensation for the IR detetor,data processing methods,and selecting LiTaO_3 pyroelectric detector.
