单层螺旋CT最佳图像密度分辨率时扫描参数的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :分析不同扫描参数对图像质量及密度分辨率的影响 ,探讨单层螺旋CT在最佳密度分辨率时的扫描参数。结果 :当kV不变时 ,随着mAs的增加 ,图像的噪声得到改善 ,密度分辨率也相应提高。同时密度分辨率随着层厚、重建视野的增大而提高 ;随着扫描物体厚度、重建矩阵、螺距增大而降低 ;平滑重建算法可以提高密度分辨率。在最佳图像密度分辨率时的扫描参数为 :10 0kV与 375mAs、 12 0kV与 30 0mAs、14 0kV与 30 0mAs、 10mm层厚、 2 4 0mm重建视野 ,平滑重建算法。在最佳图像密度分辨率时的扫描参数应用到临床肝脏扫描 ,能提高图像质量、提高密度分辨率 ,对临床具有十分重要的意义。 Objective:To determine the optional scanning parameters used in single helical CT Scanning on best density resolution by analyzing the effect of different scanning parameters on the image quality and density resolution.Results:where the kV was fixed,the image noise was decreasing with the increasing of mAs,white density resolution was increased,too.when mAs was fixed,the same results occurred with the increase of kV.Density resolution was increased with increasing of slice thickness.FOV,and decreased with matrix,pitch and thickness of scanned objective.The smooth reconstruction results to increase density resolution.Scanning parameters on best density resolution were:120?kV and 375?mAs,120?kV and 300?mAs,140?kV and 300?mAs,10?mm slice thickness 240?mm FOV,smooth reconstruction.Conclusion scanning parameters on best density resolution use to scan livers,It increases the image quality and density resolution.It is very important in clinic.
